Cloud and FinOps · For IT teams

A cloud that delivers.Spending that makes sense.

We design, migrate, optimize and manage your infrastructure. We add capacity to IT to support availability, security, performance and cost control.

We start with your workloads, their criticality and your team’s capacity. Applications, data and backups are assessed as parts of the same operation.

Understand the spend

Visibility into usage, optimization priorities and the knowledge to make decisions.

Look after operations

Management, continuity and agreed support levels.

Prepare for change

An architecture and transition plan with clear testing and dependencies.

Services you can engage

The support you need. With a clear scope.

01Cloud management

Operations managed. FinOps included.

A monthly managed service agreement to manage the agreed operations and track usage and costs. We define what we manage and monitor, which changes need approval and how we handle incidents.

Depending on scope: management, maintenance, backups, support, reporting and approved optimizations.

Let’s review your operations
02FinOps and training

Understand the spend. Know where to act.

We analyze usage, cost allocation, resources and commitments; prioritize opportunities; and implement agreed adjustments while keeping performance and operational needs in view. Training on your own environment helps technology and finance sustain those decisions.

A standalone assessment, implementation and knowledge-transfer project, with an agreed measurement baseline.

Let’s explore savings opportunities
03Architecture and migration

Your next change, well prepared.

We evaluate architecture, migration or provider-change options. We consider dependencies, costs, capacity, access, integrations, testing and go-live before carrying out the transition.

A proposal with alternatives, operational implications, change windows and a documented implementation plan.

Let’s discuss your transition
04Security and continuity

Protect. Back up. Be able to recover.

We review configurations, access and exposure. We define backup and recovery for the agreed workloads, prioritizing the impact of a disruption and operational dependencies.

Controls, owners, tests and recovery objectives appropriate to each environment.

Let’s review your priorities

You can combine services, commission a standalone project or integrate them with your transformation projects. Scope, operating hours, service levels and infrastructure usage are specified in each proposal.

More capacity for IT. Technical governance stays clear.

We work with your infrastructure and systems owners. Before making changes, we agree on access, approvals, change windows and acceptance criteria.

Documentation, reporting and knowledge transfer form part of the scope: your team can see what was done and what still needs attention.

Proposal · Construction machinery

Optimize Azure and build knowledge in the team.

A proposed program of assessment, guided optimization, governance and FinOps training applied to the company’s own infrastructure.

Explore the approach

Before you decide.

Can you work with our current cloud environment?

We start with your environment and objectives. We review the platform, workloads and scope; compatibility is confirmed during the assessment. We propose a migration when it makes sense for your operations.

Can we change our cloud management provider?

Yes. We review responsibilities, access, documentation and outstanding items to prepare the transition. The proposal defines what KaiOne will take on and what is needed to get started.

Do we need a monthly agreement to optimize costs?

No. You can commission a standalone optimization and training project. Ongoing management is defined in a service agreement with its own responsibilities and support levels.

How are savings demonstrated?

We agree on a usage and cost baseline, the changes made and the comparison period. We also review changes in demand or configuration to distinguish the effect of optimization.

What do you need to get started?

A conversation with IT about the relevant workloads, architecture, priorities and spend. We request the information and review access needed to prepare the proposal.
