Services
Operate

One owner for the operation, across the four clouds.

Managed Professional Services cover monitoring, backups, incidents, security and FinOps on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and OCI. Fixed monthly fee by tier: no extra work orders, no hour banks that run dry midweek. And the same desk that answers incidents also designs, modernizes and deploys, at the scope your service tier sets: your environment's evolution lives inside the plan, not in separate quotes.

Target availability for the managed environment

< 15 min

Severity 1 response — Advanced and Critical tiers, 24/7

Monthly

Report on spend, savings, incidents and security

Continuous monitoring, response by tier

Proactive, unified watch across the four clouds, with severity 1 incident response in under 15 minutes on the Advanced and Critical tiers.

Backups and continuity

Backup policies verified with restore tests, not just with the job showing green.

Continuous security

Perimeter, hardening and compliance watched as part of daily operations.

FinOps included

The savings live inside the service. Reservations, rightsizing and budgets managed month to month.

The desk also builds

Architecture design, modernization, infrastructure optimization and new resource deployments go through the same desk that handles incidents, at the scope your service tier defines. This is not the Architecture & cloud front — full projects live there: this is the continuous evolution of what we already operate.

Certified engineering across the four clouds

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and OCI certifications are not diplomas on a wall: they are the same engineers who run your environment designing and deploying what comes next to the provider's standard.

When it applies

Signals that this is the right front.

  • There is nobody to answer at 3 in the morning when something goes down.
  • Growing the operation means hiring headcount you cannot find.
  • There are several vendors and every incident starts with an argument over who answers.
What you get

Concrete deliverables.

  • Inventory of your footprint across the four clouds
  • SLA formalized by service tier
  • Monthly report on consumption, savings, incidents and security posture
  • A single accountable contact, no vendors pointing fingers at each other
Commitments

What we sign on this front.

  • Consumption at list price. Margin, zero.

We do the billing, but consumption is matched to the list price of AWS, Azure or Google Cloud — check it against their calculator. Professional services are charged separately, and the fine print is published up front: it does not cover non-reservable licenses or stopped resources.

  • If your footprint shrinks, our invoice shrinks with you.

The fee is recalculated every month against what you actually have running: optimizing you costs us revenue. Reservations are charged on the savings actually realized; in a month with no savings, there is no charge.

  • The desk builds according to your tier.

Architecture, modernization, optimization and deployments enter the desk at the scope your service tier defines — the exact terms live in your agreement, not in the sales pitch. Whatever exceeds your tier is not lost: it becomes a project with the Architecture and cloud front.

Next step

Bring the problem. We hand back opportunities.

A 60 to 90 minute session with your team, free and without touching your systems: you bring the problem and we come out with the framing and the questions still missing. Then we pick one or two areas and measure them, still with no access to production. Only then is there a proposal with fixed scope and price.
