Solutions · Automation and integration

Keep work moving between systems.

When each department holds part of the information, an order, an invoice or a decision can be left waiting. We connect the process so that rules, owners and next steps are clear.

Find where the process stalls.

Before automating, we follow information from its source to where it is used. We review repeated data entry, validation, files and outstanding items. Business defines the objective: which work should move forward and which exceptions should remain with the team.

Connect through rules, not just data transfers.

Integration can involve ERP, CRM, databases, files and different departments. The proposal identifies sources, destinations, required information and responsibilities. Compatibility and access are reviewed during assessment; we do not assume every system supports every connection.

  • The source and destination of information.
  • Validation rules and decisions requiring approval.
  • Owners for resolving discrepancies and outstanding items.

Prepare information and team participation.

We need to understand the current process, the systems involved and examples of the information moving between them. Business provides the rules, while IT participates in access, architecture and security. Permissions and changes are agreed before intervention.

Test the complete journey.

Deliveries are reviewed against the agreed flow, including validation steps and the exceptions within scope. Acceptance should show which information reaches the next owner and what requires review. Documentation and handover are specified in the proposal.

Keep decisions with the right people.

Automation does not mean approving everything without intervention. In payment reconciliation, for example, AI can suggest matches, rules verify them and collections approves before updating the ERP. Credit approval remains with the team.

Questions before we begin

Can we start with a single process?

Yes. The scope can define one useful workflow and the systems it involves. Additional processes are evaluated as extensions or phases, with their own conditions.

Will every manual step be removed?

We do not promise to eliminate all review. We identify repetitive tasks that can be automated and decisions or exceptions that need human judgment.

Does integration include permanent support?

Go-live and handover are agreed within the project. Ongoing operations or support are contracted separately, with a defined scope, operating hours and support levels.

Follow one process from start to finish.
